Keep one daily tray
Group the items used every morning on a washable tray no wider than the sink basin. A defined boundary makes the collection look intentional and lets you lift everything at once when wiping the surface.
Move backups out of sight
Store duplicate soap, unopened products, and travel sizes away from the counter. Daily storage should hold the active item, while reserve stock belongs in a labeled bin or a nearby linen cupboard.
Use vertical space carefully
A shallow mirrored cabinet or narrow wall shelf can free the counter without crowding headroom. Avoid deep shelves near the sink, where projecting corners interfere with washing and cleaning.
Choose containers by function
Decant only when a container improves dispensing, moisture protection, or visibility. Matching bottles can look calm, but an extra transfer step is not worthwhile for products you replace frequently.
Leave a hand-width of clear counter beside the sink. That small empty area makes the whole room feel more usable and gives temporary objects somewhere safe to land.
